1. Lal Tibba.jpg

Lal Tibba

Medium - Light Roast

Named after the most famous viewpoint in Landour, Lal Tibba features single estate Arabica beans from the Western Ghats roasted here in the Himalayas. Lal Tibba is a medium roast with dark amber hues that allow the character and natural flavor of Indian Arabica to shine through. We hope you find this roast as inspiring as its namesake.

Camels Back

Medium Roast

Our Medium roast featuring 100% Grade AA Arabica beans grown in the Western Ghats and roasted in the Himalayas. Our medium roast coffee has a mid-level acidity and slightly fuller body than the Lal Tibba Medium-Light roast. This roast brings out flavors such as milk chocolate/vanilla, as well as more fruity nuances such as peach/grapes as the cup cools.

3. Mullingar.jpg

Mullingar

Medium - Dark Roast

Our roaster's favorite, this medium-dark roast is named after Mullingar Hill, where our first batch of green beans were roasted in the Spring of 2019. Mullingar strikes the perfect balance between the brightness of a lighter roast and the full body and bold flavor of a darker roast. If you are new to artisan coffee, we recommend you start with this 100% Arabica roast.
